Watts is basically saying — we make life way heavier than it needs to be.
Think about it. The universe — god, source, consciousness, whatever lands for you — is just playing. Creation is a game. Life is this wild, creative, spontaneous expression of itself experiencing itself.
And then we come along and turn it into a performance review.
We make our worth a problem to solve. We make our roles — the good mum, the strong one, the woman who holds it all together — into these dead serious identities we have to protect and maintain. We argue with reality. We carry shame about things that were never even ours to begin with.
That's where the suffering lives. Not in life itself — in how seriously we take the story we're telling about it.
The universe isn't losing sleep over whether you got it right. You're the one white-knuckling it.

This is exactly what the Survival Stories are in my new course. They're the scripts you wrote as a kid — in total seriousness, because you thought you had to — and you've been running them ever since like your life depends on it.
Spoiler: it doesn't anymore.
The work isn't about fixing yourself. It's about finally seeing the game you've been playing — and choosing whether you still want to play it that way.

Victim or responsible.
At some point, you choose.
I’ve got compassion for the part of you that feels stuck…
but the calm, the power, the wholeness you’re chasing?
That comes from you.
Always has.
Everything else is just noise dressed up as answers.
You stop looking for permission.
Stop needing someone to confirm you’re okay.
And that’s when it clicks—
You’ve got you.
And f**k… it feels good.

By now most people are familiar with fight or flight but the tricky part is, survival mode can wear a thousand faces.
It’s procrastination — never starting, always delaying.
It’s people-pleasing — twisting yourself to keep others happy.
It’s overthinking — replaying conversations on a loop.
It’s waiting for the next shoe to drop — even when nothing’s wrong.
Are just a few examples 
Your nervous system thinks it’s protecting you…
but in reality, it’s keeping you stuck.
The first step to change? Noticing these patterns.
The problem is…
You can’t shift what you don’t see.

This is my mum and I feel so blessed to be able to call her that she has been there for me in my darkest days and my anxious pits.
I find her to be such an inspiration to travel up here to see me from Melbourne to do every adventures I take her on especially at 80 years of age and I feel blessed that I have tools like Kinesiology to be able to pay at least a little bit back for the Space she held forbme. I love you so much at thanks so much for being my mum.

I’m Back!
What a ride the last 12 months have been. In a nutshell - started a new business (Buyers+Creators, Buyers agency), Sold a business (YCA, restaurant) Managed to hang in there, (just) on the kinesiology/healing side of things and navigating the beautiful transition of menopause. Deaths and Births swirling through every part of my existence, both physically and energetically. Including the loss of one of my besties. 

At the start of the year when we decided to move back to Brisbane to mange the restaurant, I had no idea how ungrounding it would be. Almost everything we owned went into storage, which meant all of our instruments (no sound healing). And creature comfort’s, or things to call our own. I’m so grateful for the beautiful souls who housed us throughout this time. Allowing their own creature comforts to be disrupted by 2 adults and a big, though cuddly dog. 

The reason I’m writing this, is because during that time a lot of people reached out for a Kinesiolgy/healing session which I felt I had to decline, as most of my energy was going to the above stories. And I didn’t feel I could honour people in the highest way I wanted/needed to. 

Great news though!!!!! As my new business with my sister settles and we’re finally back to our own space to live, Instruments, dog, creature comforts- and time and space to re connect, ground and drop deeper into my service again. I feel the deep calling to start offering my services to everyone who feels the call. 

So if you’re feeling the swirling of the wobbly energies of change or just wondering WTF to do with yourself, life and feelings. I’d love to assist you if you feel the call. 

As mentioned in the image I will be doing sessions - Mudgeeraba. Also Banora Point and online. We will also be jumping back into the sound healing space again very soon.

It's Time!!!

Hello beautiful humans… My name is Beanie. And my favourite thing is helping people find their awesomeness. Did you know it’s a real thing and we all have it?

I get such a buzz from showing people how to find their true core essence and step into health and love. It’s kinda easy for me because I like knowledge and information and I love becoming more of myself everyday. So I learn it and live and then I teach it to you. Our truest element is being us. I love reconnecting people to them selves. I shift energy, I bring awareness to situations that lay dormant in your subconscious for a long time (also called stories) so they can be released and you can move forward. I provide a sounding board for you to work your own magic with your own beautiful intuition that we all have and I would love to assist you on your journey.
