Congratulations to the 2025 OT cohort who finished classes last week. We wish you all the best in your upcoming exams and in the future as you become professionals in the field. A special shout out to Alex, Karla, Sang, Monica, Noel and Jayden, our 4th year executive team members. Thank you for all you have done for OTSA, we have no doubt that you will all continue to do great things for the OT community!

OT WEEK 2025 💚💚

OT week was a blast this year! We started the week with an OT Day Picnic and colouring in, followed by the Annual Sadie Philcox Memorial Lecture. Thank you to everyone who helped organise and attended these events! We also had our OT coffee and walk on Sunday morning (postponed due to rain).

Bringing community together at Espresso Yourself ☕️ OTSA was honoured to collaborate with UQ OT staff and partners to host the first of many community events. Espresso Yourself is an opportunity for students refine their communication skills in a casual environment with members from the community who are sharing life from their perspective. We thank Jess and David from the UQ team for collaborating on this event, all our wonderful volunteers from the community who openly shared their story, and the energetic students for their awesome conversation skills! Can’t wait for next year

With OT week fast approaching at the end of the month, what a better way to celebrate than with a walk and coffee! OTSA will be holding a OT week walk, starting at South Bank Parklands, and ending at Joey’s, Kangaroo Point for everyone to purchase a coffee! We hope to see you all there!
