Are you passionate about wellness, customer care, and leading a positive team culture?
We’re on the lookout for an Assistant Manager to join our team at City Cave Rocklea (or Mt Gravatt if preferred).

At City Cave, we help our community rest, recover and restore through Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna and Massage. We’re looking for someone who:
✨ Loves creating calm, welcoming guest experiences
✨ Is a confident communicator and natural problem-solver
✨ Has experience in leadership or customer service roles (wellness or retail background a bonus!)
✨ Is organised, proactive and thrives in a team environment
✨ Wants to grow with an expanding wellness brand

What’s involved:
đź’§ Supporting daily operations and staff scheduling
đź’§ Leading by example on customer service and sales
đź’§ Building strong relationships with guests and team members
đź’§ Supporting local marketing and community initiatives
đź’§ Assisting with reporting and store performance targets
