Earlier this week I did a question box asking “What’s the one thing you wish you knew before your C-section?”

2 women replied saying how disconnected they’ve felt from their bellies since surgery.

And if that’s you… if you’ve ever felt numb, detached, shut down, or like that part of you just isn’t yours anymore…. YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!!

This is one of the most common patterns I see in clinic.
And it’s the part of my work I feel most passionate about sharing.

The disconnection is not random. It’s not a life sentence. It’s not weakness.

It’s a pattern. And thankfully patterns can change. Through touch, scar and abdominal work, breath, and nervous system techniques, reconnection is possible.

I’ve helped hundreds of women feel at home in their bellies again.

If this resonates with you, I would love to help you feel connected again!
Join me online or in clinic on the Central Coast, NSW. Or comment “help” and I’ll send you a list of the 250+ practitioners I have trained across Australia and New Zealand.

You can also comment “massage” for a how to massage your scar guide. “Ebook” for a detailed c-section recovery guide or “course” if you’re a practitioner and you want to learn this beautiful work.

One of the MOST commonly asked questions around here is: my scar is “X” years old- is it too late to massage it?

And the answer is:
IT IS NEVER TOO LATE!

6 weeks.. or 16 years.. 60 years.. the body still knows it there if you have never released it.

And that scar could be contributing to the aches and pains you’re complaining about.
Commonly I see:
👉🏼 Back, hip, SIJ, tailbone
👉🏼 Neck and jaw
👉🏼 Nervous system in sympathetic dominance and anxious patterns.
👉🏼 Sometimes unresolved trauma.

It’s not too late to start, just start, please use my resources 🙏🏻
I have an at home scar release kit, comment “cupping”. I have an ebook, comment “ebook”. I have a thorough how to massage guide, comment “massage”.
And for the practitioner who sees this pattern, I designed a course so you can be skilled in this phenomenal technique, comment “course”

This beautiful mumma came to me after 2 C-sections.
She was experiencing pain, numbness, bumps along her scar and a body that no longer felt like hers.

These were her results after just 2 treatments.

You can see the physical changes, but what you can’t see is the story and remembering that her body had been holding after her emergency C-section. During her first treatment her body felt safe enough to release it.

That release was such a beautiful letting go, the opportunity to bring her power back into her body, to reconnect and to feel and function fully.

She didn’t walk out “fixed”.
But she certainly walked out more herself.

🔥 EVERY WOMAN DESERVES TO FEEL WHOLE IN HER BODY. 🔥

If you’re a woman reading this and thinking,
“Nothing’s wrong… but something’s off” -
trust that feeling.

When you treat scars and the abdomen with intention. When you truly understand how to work with the nervous system, these results are quite life changing.

This is the work. This is the change. This is what I teach. ❤️‍🔥

If you’re a practitioner and you want to learn these skills comment “COURSE” if you’re a mum that wants to see someone I’ve trained comment “HELP” and if you want to the best way to release your scar at home comment “cupping” for a link to my scar release kit. ❣️

📣 WOMEN’S HEALTH PRACTITIONERS 📣

If you’re not assessing and treating C-section scars (or any abdominal scar), you’re missing a huge piece of the puzzle.

Scars impact breath, myofascial flow, dysfunctional abdominal patterns, nervous system, digestive system, lymphatic system, mental health, self confidence, pain.. and so much more.

And 40% of mothers are walking into your clinic with them.

Doing a cute little pattern over the scar isn’t enough. You need to know how to unlock what’s underneath and throughout the entire abdomen- physically, emotionally, energetically.

And I teach all of this inside The C-section Release Method Level 1 & 2.

Come and join me in 2026 👇🏼
📍Auckland, NZ: March 20 & 21
📍Sydney, NSW: May 15 & 16
📍Melbourne, VIC: June 19 & 20
📍Brisbane, QLD: August 7 & 8

Comment “COURSE” for the link to book or spot.

And if you are a mum with a scar and you want your practitioner to be skilled with this info, please share this post with them 🫶🏼

Mumma,

If your back, hip or SIJ hurts after your C-section (or any abdominal surgery), this is for you.

Scar tissue can lock down fascia, shut off your deep core connections, pull on nerves, and refer pain straight to your back and pelvis.

Yep, even if it’s healed on the outside, even if no one’s mentioned it before and even if the scar “looks good”.

If your lower back hurts and no one can figure out why.. don’t overlook the scar.

If you are a practitioner, I teach how to assess if lower back pain is linked to scars in The C-section Release Method Level 2. Comment “course” for more information.

If you want an at home release sequence, comment “massage”. Or if you want easy, fast, amazing results, comment “cupping” and I’ll send you a link to my popular scar release kit.

If conceiving is on your bingo card for 2026, I would love to hold space for you 🤍

This work has been quietly happening behind the scenes for 2 years.

Alongside The C-Section Release Method, you’ll be seeing more of my fertility focused work here. And I’m so happy about it!!
To me fertility support is breath, fascia, scar tissue, emotion, grief, hope - all living in the same body.

And for my practitioners 👀
Level 2 is where I teach how I adapted TCRM for fertility, endo, chronic pelvic pain and more.
This is for practitioners who feel the gap between “technique” and actually holding a woman through this season of her life.

If you’re a woman calling a baby in this year- I see you.
If you’re a practitioner ready to work with women in a deeper, slower, and with more soul- this is for you too.

✨ Comment “COURSE” for more info on my Level 2 training.

If you’re interested in booking for fertility online or in person, follow the link in my bio or DM me for more info 💛

2025

The year I chose to RECEIVE 🤍
(and learned just how uncomfortable that can be).

My goal was to Receive:
downloads, intuition, money, support, love, friendship.

What I didn’t realise… was how much unlearning this word would require. As women, we’re masters at deflecting… Compliments, support, help, ease. And if I’m honest, especially me.

This year, every decision came back to one question:
Am I deflecting receiving… or am I willing to open?

If you’re stuck on a word for 2026, I highly recommend this one 🤎

Wrap up of this year through pictures
2. 5 x level 1 trainings- 4 sold out, 1 x international
3. New logo, new scar release kit, over 400 kits sold all over Australia and New Zealand.
4. Educating mothers groups to reconnect with their body, their scar post partum.
5. Finally learning NET (Neuro Emotional Technique)
6. Workshops with women teaching Nervous System Regulation, lymphatic drainage and abdominal massage
7. The launch of The C-section Release Method Level 2 in Melbourne & Brisbane. Next year, it’s coming with me to all locations 😍
8. Turned 35

14. Celebrating hitting goals 🍸
15. Saying goodbye to my Brisbane bestie 🥹 love you Margot- pregnancy, newborn trenches, becoming parents of 2, returning to work… we whined, we wined, we dined, gonna miss the heck out of you!
16. And a shout out to .co our baby girls born a day apart, newborn trenches, parenthood, business, ceremony, celebrations, many deep chats. We aren’t done with each other just yet, and a few very exciting workings coming to life next year ✨
17. The beginning of seeing cousins daily
18 & 19. My favourite day of the year: Christmas Eve with the Pitkanens 🎄

THANK YOU for coming along this journey with me 🤍 thank you for your beautiful ongoing support, your questions, your love.
