How fabulous 👌this is.
Ageing has been a topic on my mind for the last few years, you cruise along not thinking about it and then all of a sudden the wrinkles can be seen when you dont have your glasses on, the aches are more prominent and you start thinking omg I'm closer to the other side of life than I thought. I watched this and thought I've still got a lot of life in me and a lot of living to do.
I do have allot of regrets and if I could start over there would of been so many better decisions made and I would of said NO allot more.
LET THEM ... comes to mind.

Loving having a reformer pilates machine in my Zen Den. Work out when I can, aim is half an hour each weekday and have ticked that for 2 wks now. Next goal is to add a weekend day.
Following uTube classes and have a knowledge of certain moves/exercises so today which is actually Thursday I listened to a podcast while working out.

Great way to start the day from my Zen Den, cuppa and quiet time listening 🎶 to the sounds around me, then a 30min reformer pilates session before getting ready for work.
