BANDED GLUTE BRIDGES
These are a FANTASTIC exercise for lower back pain as they don't put pressure on the spine and they reeeeaaaally work those glutes!
Strong glute muscles are super important as they help to support the spine, knees and ankles. Meaning, less pain!

Here's a video of the workout I did this morning. I am wrecked!
If you have a Kettlebell or 2 lying around at home give it a go! (You can substitute the kettlebell for a dummbbell)

10-12 reps each exercise, As many sets as possible!
-Squat pulse
-Single arm press
-Swing to squat
-Single leg deadlift
-Sit up

Fruits and veggies are still in stock in most supermarkets in Brisbane!
Meat is a bit more difficult to find and rice is virtually non existant. At my local supermarkets brown rice saches are still in stock so these may be an alternative option to getting a bag of rice (they are much easier to cook as well).
During this pandemic please make sure you are eating as healthy as possible. Stir-frys are a great option as you can throw whatever veggies and/or meat into a pan and season how you like. And if you can some rice OR add some potatoes for those extra calories. They also make great leftovers!
This stir-fry I've added some chilli flakes, pepper and soy sauce. YUUUUM! And also healthy!
