As the days get warmer, staying hydrated and sun-safe becomes even more important.
Dehydration can sneak up quickly, especially in children and older adults, leading to fatigue, headaches, or dizziness. It is really important to make sure to:
• Drink plenty of water throughout the day
• Limit caffeine and alcohol in hot weather
• Seek shade and apply sunscreen when outdoors
