☕️ Tea or coffee? Coffee always!
🐶 Cats or dogs? Dogs! I have two Golden Retrievers.
🍭 Sweet or salty? Both please! Balance is everything.
🧘♀️ Favourite style to teach? I love guiding flowing, breath-led movement. Simple, empowering sequences.
💪 Favourite movement for my own body?
After knee surgeries and lower-back injuries, hip mobility and core strength are my non-negotiables - so you’ll find a little pigeon pose or a juicy hip opener in most of my classes.
🫶What I find rewarding about this work: Yoga has helped me through some of the toughest physical and mental seasons of my life. Being able to hold space where people can recharge, recenter and reconnect is a privilege.
✨My background and how I found yoga: I first got into yoga for ‘just a stretch,’ but the more I practiced and studied - the more it helped me find balance in my life.
🌲What I do in my spare time: Beach days, pottering around home with my husband and our woofs, and soaking up the beauty of Pullenvale. Every morning starts with our sliding door open, listening to the birds - it’s pure magic. ✨
