Good morning beautiful souls🌻

For those who don't know me, I am Chelsea and am eager to support people in their health and wellness journey.

Professionally I am an author, meditation teacher, wellness practitioner and much more m. My goal is to support people in rediscovering their inner power and love for life.

Personally, I am a mother of Miss 9 and Master 10, I have a love of nature, arts and music and am teaching myself guitar by exploring writing original music (my creative outlet and tool to support me through challenging by times).

You know how debilitating stress can be… so much energy being wasted, our focus is scattered, our body can start to shut down and we can feel lost.

Well, I created Awareness Journal, (me… not AI). This book was created to help guide you back out of the mud and onto a clear path moving forward. The tools in these journals are designed to raise awareness into yourself so that you can take the steps to get back on track. Awe man, I still use the tools in here when stress is creeping back in.

I feel exhausted, my soul feels tired and quite honestly, im a bit fed up… BUT.. it is only temporary, I can only control certain things and I can certainly express gratitude for the things I DO have in my life.

So… rather than have a complete meltdown (also…totally okay to do this), I’m just going to keep plodding along and continue my daily practices that bring me peace and joy. 🎸 🌳 🦆 🎶 🧘‍♀️

I have had many people saying they are not receiving event notifications. There seems to have been a change in Facebook that has turned this setting off so next time you select “interested” be sure to turn your notifications on.
I went from 30 people attending the free community meditation and mingling event in February (That Was growing steadily) to one in March and a lot of people said they didn’t get a notification. 😭 I have had great feedback about the sessions as well so it can’t be that 😂
