Training should be something you enjoy - not something you punish yourself with.
You don’t have to run if you hate running.
You don’t have to do hyrox if that’s not your thing.
You don’t have to train like those fitness influencers on tiktok.
Find what works for you and own it.
For me, it’s powerlifting.
I love it because it makes me feel strong, capable, and confident - not just in the gym, but in everyday life too. Picking up my kids, carrying groceries, moving through life feeling solid in my body.
Movement is a privilege.
So let’s stop treating it like a chore, and definitely stop judging others for how they choose to move.
