Moving away from random, sporadic PT sessions here and there — I’m working with a smaller group of people who are committed to getting better.

You don’t need to be an elite athlete.
You just need to:
✔️ Show up
✔️ Follow your program
✔️ Be serious about your goals

This could be for you if you’re:
– Returning to training after childbirth
– Coming back from injury
– A social or performance athlete
– Or just someone who wants structure and results

Training should be something you enjoy - not something you punish yourself with.

You don’t have to run if you hate running.
You don’t have to do hyrox if that’s not your thing.
You don’t have to train like those fitness influencers on tiktok.

Find what works for you and own it.

For me, it’s powerlifting.
I love it because it makes me feel strong, capable, and confident - not just in the gym, but in everyday life too. Picking up my kids, carrying groceries, moving through life feeling solid in my body.

Movement is a privilege.
So let’s stop treating it like a chore, and definitely stop judging others for how they choose to move.

Strong looks different on everyone 🤝

➡️ change direction under fatigue

My personal choices for fitness testing:
🏃‍♂️ Bronco 1.2km – aerobic capacity + repeat effort engine
⚡ Flying 20m – max speed & acceleration efficiency
🔁 COD T-Test – agility, braking, and re-acceleration

Test ➡️ train ➡️ retest.
If we’re not measuring it, we’re guessing.

That’s a wrap on my 2025 with 🥊
So grateful for the opportunities, the networks, and the friendships that came from this place.

What started as a short-term, wildcard opportunity somehow turned into something I never want to leave.

So thankful to be part of a community that shows up, supports each other, and helps us raise strong, resilient kids.

It really does take a village — and mine just happens to look like a boxing gym. ❤️ I can’t wait for 2026! 💪 🥊

Let’s talk about Sarcopenia … the muscle loss that naturally happens as we age.

From around our 30s onward, we start losing muscle every single year. And without strength work, that loss speeds up. This is why people suddenly feel “weaker,” “slower,” or more tired in their 50s, 60s and beyond… it’s not just age. It’s muscle loss.
The good news? You can absolutely fight it.

Strength and resistance training is hands-down one of the most powerful things you can do for your long-term health. Just 2–4 sessions per week can:
• Build and maintain muscle
• Keep your bones strong
• Reduce injury risk
• Improve balance and mobility
• Boost confidence and independence
• Support healthier ageing (and make the later years way more enjoyable)

And here’s the best part: you are never, ever too old to start. I work with people at all levels, from total beginners to athletes — and the difference strength training makes to their quality of life is huge.
