“As we close another incredible year at CSS, I want to pause and truly honour the people who make this organisation what it is, our hardworking therapists, our admin superstars, our partnering teams, and the wonderful families and stakeholders we have the privilege of supporting. CSS is built on people, and this year has reminded me just how extraordinary those people are.

This week, we were surrounded by so many thoughtful gifts, heartfelt messages, and beautiful surprises! I want to say a very special thank you. I am genuinely, deeply appreciative of every single one of you. Each gesture, no matter how big or small, meant something. They spoke of trust, kindness, connection, and the relationships we’ve built together. Your generosity truly touched my heart. Thank you all.

Your resilience, your compassion, and your unwavering commitment have shaped this entire year. The PBS Pocket Guide: CSS Version

Launching January 2026 ✨

After many months of work behind the scenes, The PBS Pocket Guide is almost complete and in its final stages of refinement. This 100 page training guide was created by Shokria Siddiqui, especially for entry-level PBS practitioners, support workers and families who want PBS to feel simple & clear.

PBS doesn’t need to be complicated and this guide is all about breaking it down into real-life, easy-to-use tools.
Inside the guide you’ll find:
• Simple explanations of core PBS concepts (no jargon or theory overload)
• Early warning sign checklists and what-to-do-next prompts
• Visuals and flowcharts that make decision-making easier

As we wrap up an incredible year together, please note that Capability Support Services will be closed from Wednesday, 24th December to Friday, 2nd January.
