“In 2025 a very exciting connection formed between Experience Strength and Heidelberg Materials Australia who are a Global Giant in the Aggregates, Concrete and Asphalt industries.
Through this connection Experience Strength were able to offer hope of an income and stable future to several recovering addicts who just needed a chance to prove themselves in the workforce which can often be a challenging task when you have hit rock bottom and lost all self-esteem.
Heidelberg Materials (who also own the Hymix Concrete business) were excited to be a part of such a campaign especially in an employment market where it is hard to find good workers for various roles."
