We are located in Wishart Square, at the corner of Newnham Rd and Wishart Rd. There is plenty of parking onsite. Feel free to give us a ring if you are unable to find your way. Our staff will be happy to guide you!

✨ Free Emotional Health Check Up ✨

Wondering if you should see a Psychologist or worried about the cost? Fret not!
At Vision Psychology, we offer this complimentary service to help YOU find the right therapist.

You don’t need a referral for this and we will help you work out the next step.
The appointment starts by completing questionnaires regarding your general and emotional health. The free service is limited to a 30 mins face to face appointment for new clients. We will be able to provide you with an idea of whether your concerns may or may not need counselling.

If counselling may be of benefit, you will be provided with a range of options for types of therapies and clinicians. You'll be given an idea on the cost of your treatment and whether you qualify for a rebate.

Welcome Ren to our Vision Psychology team! Ren is a clinical psychologist as well as a teacher. Her clinical expertise spans across child and family psychology, with particular strengths in assessment, diagnosis and therapy for Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and learning difficulties.

We accept a wide rage of referrals including self and hospital referrals. Please give us a call on 07 3088 5422 if you are unsure whether your referral type will be accepted.

You would firstly need to have a Medicare card and a *Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP or psychiatrist/paediatrician etc. With that, you will be entitled to Medicare Rebates for the number of sessions stated on that plan. It will typically be 6, followed by another 4, if eligible.

*Please note that with the MHCP, you will have to pay the full fee after each session, for us to process the rebates each time.
