Deciding to follow someone in business is a significant decision.
There can be false promises, hype, and some half-truths.
Have they been congruent and practiced what they preach? Are they consistent, or do they jump from one thing to another?
Most importantly, do they possess what you're looking for?
Do they enjoy themselves?
Do they make time for each other?
Do they have a team that treats each other like family?
After all, you spend a lot of time with these people, so it's better to like them.
With that in mind, yes, I'm building a new team, but it's more than that—it's a movement, and I'm selective about who joins. I'm looking for individuals with a vision, those who truly want more from life and want to have fun along the way.
Those who get excited at the idea of being part of something new, something special, and something that will bring a sense of community, belonging, and being part of something much larger.
