The Way Back Service, operated by Open Minds, provides non-clinical, practical support for people after a su***de attempt or suicidal crisis💙.

We will contact you within one working day of your application to connect you with qualified health professionals, who will take you into aftercare for up to three months to support your safety and stability during times of crisis.

What is headspace?
headspace, operated by Open Minds, is a national early-intervention service offering free and confidential mental health support for young people aged 12–25 🎯.

Our centres at Indooroopilly, Redcliffe, and Strathpine provide access to mental health care, physical health (including sexual health), alcohol and other drug services, work and study support, and community connections 🌟.

By connecting you with integrated care like online and phone counselling, local education and employment networks, we help improve your mental, social, and emotional wellbeing when and where you need it.
