Engaged and professional Support Worker wanted for participant in Redcliffe:

Male participant requires a motivated and engaged worker for regular weekly supports on Monday and Thursday from 9am to 3pm for Social and Community Access and Daily Living Supports.

Lakefield Care are seeking experienced, professional Support Workers who can provide consistency, warmth and rapport with our participants but also offer professionalism. Our workers are reliable, friendly and trustworthy and who understand the importance of professional boundaries.

Lakefield Care recognises the value of both formal and informal experiences. We also recognise the value of lived experiences – often something that other Service Providers ignore.

We offer excellent rates of pay above the Award wage and are lovely to work for, even if we do say so ourselves! All applicants must have a car, drivers licence and comprehensive car insurance in addition to mandatory documentation for disability work.

Kallangur - Female participant requires (inactive) overnight daily living supports, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights from 5pm to 7.30am for Social and Community Access and Daily Living Supports.

Deception Bay - Female participant requires supports 8.45am - 3pm, Monday - Friday for Social and Community Access and Daily Living Supports.

Rothwell - Male participant requires supports 11am - 3pm, Monday to Friday for Daily Living Supports.

Chermside: Male participant requires supports 8am to 1pm Monday to Sunday for Social and Community Access supports.

Burpengary East: Male participant requires supports 10am to 2pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Sunday for Social and Community Access supports.

Supports required for other Brisbane North participants, please contact our office for further information.

Female participant requires (inactive) overnight daily living supports on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights from 5pm to 7.30am. Supports involve: assisting with preparation of dinner and evening routine. Additional ad-hoc supports for appointments, grocery shopping etc.

Current Positions

Due to consistent growth, we require engaged and professional Support Workers for new and existing participants.

Kallangur/female participant requires (inactive) overnight daily living supports on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights from 5pm to 7.30am. Additional ad-hoc supports for appointments.

Bethania/male participant requires community access supports on Tue and Fri from 11.30am to 5.30pm and Mon, Wed, Thu and Sat from 6pm to 10pm. Must have minimum sedan size car for transport as small size car not suitable.

Everton Park/male participant requires supports on Sat from 8am to 5pm (community access) and Sun from 4.30pm to 7pm (religious commitments).

Springwood/female participant requires daily living and community access supports – 7 days per week from 3pm to 7pm.

Ormiston/female participant requires Tuesdays supports from 10am to 3pm for community access. Experience with complex needs essential.
