Dear valued customers,

As we all do our part to slow the spread of Covid-19, Tran Tran will stay open on Good Friday and Easter Saturday to help our community with their Easter menu needs.
In addition to our usual menu, we will also have a range of vegan, vegetarian and seafood options for take-away.

On behalf of Tran Tran staff, I would like to thank our loyal customers for supporting us through such a difficult time. I am so grateful for our customers following the social distancing regulations. It amazes me how much a community can come together even through this situation.

I would also like to thank my hardworking staffs for following the regulations as well and trying their best to support Tran tran.

With a heavy heart, I would like to inform you guys that it is my last day as Tran tran's owner. These past 8 years have been an amazing journey and I have learnt so much in the time I have been in this wonderful community.
To all my loyal and loving customers, I would like to thank you for supporting the restaurant and creating very fond memories that I would deeply cherish 💕.

Tran tran will be temporarily closed.
However, to end everything on a good note, Tran Tran has the potential to re-open again soon☺.

To our valued customers,

The Tran Tran team have been working to ensure the health and safety of customers through extensive training on health and safety practices regarding COVID-19. Although impeccable cleaning standards have always been our number one priority at Tran Tran, we have engaged additional health, safety and hygiene protocols given the recent community crisis.

This includes but is not limited to:
- Increased frequency of sanitisation for high traffic surfaces such as EFTPOS terminals, tables, chairs, door handles and countertops
- Enhanced training for workplace cleaning and hygiene protocols
- Measures to abide to the recommended social distancing rules
- Ensuring our food suppliers and food areas are adhering to safety guidelines regarding COVID-19
- Increased focus on personal hygiene for all staff with additional sanitising facilities available throughout the stores

Based on recommendations from the Australian Government and the World Health Organisation, from March 23rd, we will be temporarily ceasing dine-in services. We are still open for business where takeaway and catering will still be available. This is only one of the many steps we are taking to ensure a safe environment for our staff and customers. To thank our loyal customers for continuing to support us through these tough times, we are running a promotion where you will receive a FREE serving of spring rolls with every purchase of two main meals.

Thank you for the ongoing support from our loyal customers and the Forest Lake Community. The Tran Tran team are sending warm wishes to the community and we hope everyone is safe and well.

Tran Tran staff would like to thank this lovely couple for choosing to celebrate their 60th Anniversary with us. (28th February 2020) ☺❤️.
It is not everyday that someone can say they have been with their soulmate for 60 years! 💕 It was an honour to be the venue for the celebration of such a large milestone for this couple and be part of their celebration. The night was filled with so much laughter, joy, love and ended with our special naughty dessert as a celebratory gift from the Tran Tran team 😉.
Although the future of Tran Tran is yet to be decided, it would be our pleasure to serve you for any special events you have in mind for the remaining of our time in this wonderful community.
