Seeking: Operations Manager

Role Description
We are seeking a values-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, strengthen our growing service and to contribute to our growth journey. This full-time role (with some flexibility for hybrid work) will ensure that systems and services meet NDIS standards, while also cultivating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee operational systems, rostering, and service delivery.
Support leaders and staff with reflective practice, mentoring, and servant leadership.
Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, reporting, and audits.
Liaise with families, staff, and stakeholders to ensure transparent and collaborative outcomes.
Drive a team approach to reducing dependency on NDIS by empowering participants to build capacity and independence.
Input into the growth strategy to grow and scale the business alongside the owner
Qualifications
Management and leadership skills, including team supervision and development
Knowledge of NDIS standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Budget management and operational oversight experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Experience in the disability or community sector preferred.
Relevant qualifications in management, business, or a related field (Preferably Bachelor Level)
