I thought I understood menopause.

Starting GLO with Keri, I knew the facts. I knew what might come. But living it? That’s something else entirely.

The random symptoms, the anxiety, the hormonal mood swings— nothing prepares you for how it messes with your mind.

It’s not just forgetting a word. It’s questioning your confidence, your clarity — wondering if you were ever capable at all.

It didn’t break me, but it’s tested me. Hard.

In retrospect, I acknowledge that I wasted valuable time trying to make sense of my mental, physical, and emotional well-being, without realising that the specialists I consulted, at significant cost, were limited by the symptoms I recalled, which, due to brain fog, were fragmented.
