⭐️I ⭐️am in charge of my destiny. I light up my life with my ideas and dreams and goals. My dreams manifest. I deserve it. I am worth it. It is done.
Today I am feeling clean in my body and mind. Clean. Clean. Clean. I am abundant in wealth and health. Money always keeps coming in. I have everything in my favour and the universe has my back. I am the creator of my life. I choose what I want and decide how my day unfolds. I fill myself with joy and eagerness and love and am willing to grow and have more. I light up my life and remain switched on.
I have always joy and happiness fill my life. Every cell of my being is well and happy. I am creating wellness every time I think a happy thought. It is easy to be happy. I leave all the world behind me as I face each day focused on myself with joy and love and freedom. I am so happy to be here and loving this life just the way it is. It couldn't be better than this.

Hi Lil here, I'm having a quiet moment between sessions. Just reflecting on the past week, there have been some intense energies.

Many are feeling things deeply, and lots of events that have happened in the past are coming up again in different ways so we can look at them, change patterns of behaviour in how we respond to them. It could be setting boundaries or stopping self abandoning behaviours like people pleasing and learning to say no or giving yourself permission to be free.

Whatever is coming up for you at this time, treat it as a release, shedding of old skin from year of the Snake and reclaiming yourself to move into the Chinese New Year of the Firey Horse 🐎 which begins on the 17th of February and is all about forward momentum and embracing change.

How are you going to celebrate Chinese New Year? David and I traditionally greet the New Year at our local Chinese restaurant, watching dragon dancing and firecrackers go off 🧨

Tuesday Insight 🌊 Card for the Day! is saying that 'if' you are on the threshold of change it's okay to feel like you are in-between worlds. When we are in transition, we know deep down we can't go back to what once was or who we were. You are now in the metamorphism of the caterpillar becoming a butterfly. We can't escape the messy bits and need to let go of the fear of the unknown and embrace uncertainty.

Allow the shift to happen slowly with no expectation of outcome and with no pressure. Patience and trust are only required now as you enter a different inner and outer landscape 🌿

This card also coincides with the collective universal energy of the last part of Year of the Snake shedding our old skin and the beginning of renewal with the forward momentum of the Fire Horse energy beginning on the 17 of February.
