Celebrating a huge 5 year work anniversary for our very valued employee, Dylan Gorry!!! Through hard work and having a very determine job coach (Kim Green), Dylan has excelled in many aspects of the studio. Dylan started off with making tiles and grew from there. He also can slip pour tiles, make embellishments, press moulds, worked register in gallery, load kilns, wire sculptures, assist in repairs with his job coach, use the pug mill and pug clay and his favourite: do deliveries!!! We could not be prouder of Dylan and how much he has grown. Keep up the amazing work! 💪

We’re proud to share that long-time Monte Lupo artist Peter Hughes is opening a new exhibition this weekend at Under the Greenwood Tree, Tamborine Mountain.

Peter has worked at Monte Lupo Arts for 25 years and is a Brisbane-based self-taught painter and ceramicist. His exhibition, “Iconic buildings from my Tamborine Mountain travels,” features vibrant interpretations of local architecture inspired by his travels.

Peter was a 2024 finalist in the Darling Portrait Prize at the Australian Portrait Gallery and has exhibited nationally and internationally.

Exhibition Opening
- Saturday 14 February from 3pm
- Shop 4 / 1–3 Main Street, Tamborine Mountain
- The exhibition continues until 12 March 2026.
