I am here to share my knowledge and experience around healthy eating, whole foods (often via a Thermomix), understanding how minerals and vitamins run our body and how each individual can be empowered to take control of their health. I share information about how what you eat, impacts on your body, mind and spirit – making the science less daunting, bringing it to everyone and having some fun along the way too. I love helping others, I have done it for a long time before finding myself in this field – now I get to bring my many years of science knowledge together with my training and education, business and family-related skills, into a place for helping many at once, not just a few. I love seeing the ripple effect of my education and support on others – I have seen lives transform after clients have their minerals tested and then realise that they aren’t “broken” and that they have hope for a brighter, happier, HEALTHIER future, that nobody else has been able to help them find.
