With our advanced skin analysis machine, we go beneath the surface of your skin, glancing into your skin barrier.

This allows us to see what we typically couldn’t like; underlying skin pigmentation, dehydration, dryness, essential fatty acid deficiency, oil flow and if the oil is unhealthy or healthy.

By seeing these hints on your skin, we’ll understand exactly what’s going on and identify the cause of any skin concerns you may have.

Our machine also allows us to see what your skin could look like in the future. This means we can spot treat areas of concern when it comes to ageing and treat those concerns.

I went back and forth about sharing this, because as a business owner you feel like you should always be confident and certain.

But the truth is, this season feels a little heavy.

I’ve recently made one of the biggest investments I ever have into Willow, and while I’m so proud of it… I’ve also had moments of doubt.

Not because I don’t believe in what I’ve built, but because the world feels uncertain right now.

The cost of living, the pressure… it’s affecting all of us in different ways.

But when I reflect on the journey of Willow, I’m reminded that it’s never been built in “perfect timing”. It’s been built through resilience, growth, and the most incredible community of clients who have supported me through every chapter.

And that’s what I want Willow to continue to be. A place that supports you too.

Whether that’s a treatment, a moment to breathe, or just somewhere that feels grounding when everything else feels a bit overwhelming.

Today was our first day in our new clinic 🤩

I wasn’t sure we were going to make it today with our last minute electrical connection, but we did it! 🙌🏼🤪

It’s been such a whirlwind leading up to today, and although there’s still a little bit of work to do and some furniture yet to arrive, we are in and able to see you! 😍

It was so nice to catch up with some of you today, and I look forward to seeing more of you tomorrow and Saturday 🫶🏼

New clinic update ✨

Incase you missed the news - we are currently renovating our new spa in Mount Gravatt East 📍👷🏼‍♀️

Although we have so much more to go, we are past halfway and can almost see the finish line!

As with any renovation, there’s been a few delays - thank you so much to all of you for being so understanding and supportive during this time.

It’s been hard to be out of action so long but I know it’s going to be worth it 🫶🏼 we will have three treatment rooms including a shower which will allow us to offer so much more on our treatment menu!

In the meantime I’ve learnt how to jackhammer 🤪 Our exposed brick wall was definitely worth it 😍

I can’t wait to see you all and for you to see the new spa! We are looking at mid Feb for our reopening 🪩💃🏼

This week marks our last week of the year. We will be moving out of our Morningside clinic and close for a few weeks while we finish renovating our new space.

If you were after a gift voucher for Christmas, you can head to our website to purchase.

We have also now opened up Tuesday - Saturday’s in our calendar for 2026 so you can now start scheduling in advance with plenty more choice for days and times.

I can’t wait to see you all in the new year in our new space.

🌲 Christmas Closure 🌲

Wow, I can’t believe I’m posting this! We’ve had an influx of organized clients booking in for the remainder of the year until Christmas. With only 12 weeks until we break, there’s only a couple appointments left.

Our last day will be the 13th of December. We will be in our Morningside location until then and begin the new year in our brand new space 😍

A little update for you!

With our combined lease with coming to an end in December, I know some of you may be wondering what’s next. Rest assured — Willow isn’t going anywhere!

I’ll be moving into a bigger and just as beautiful new space where I can offer even more of what you love, just in time for Christmas. 🎄✨ While I can’t share all the details just yet, everything is in motion and I’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

This space has been the perfect stepping stone while I slowed things down, but I can’t wait to welcome you into our next chapter soon. Thank you for being part of this journey with me, it means the world.
