Swimming and tennis athletes, this one is for you!
Overhead sports such as tennis and swimming place a tremendous amount of strain through the rotator cuff and scapulothoracic muscles.
It’s soo integral that you do exercises to build strength and resilience in those muscles to increase the capacity for the crazy demands that swimming and tennis place on them.
