Ardent Ability Care is growing, and we’re on the lookout for compassionate, reliable, and qualified Home and Community Care Support Workers to join our team on the West Coast of Tasmania.

🧡 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar qualification)

✅ Current National Police Check

✅ Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card - NDIS endorsed.

✅ Your own vehicle, valid driver’s licence, and insurance

💼 What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rates under the SCHADS Award

Pay range: from $40 per hour
