Oasis Children and Community Foundation (OCCF), is a Foundation that offers an Oasis of hope in the desert of disability by offering complementary therapeutic massage to children with disabilities and chronic illnesses. Our Mission:
Oasis Children and Community Foundation Limited is a not-for-profit charity that provides complementary therapeutic massage to children with disabilities and chronic illness throughout Australia, and empowers the children’s carers, by way of knowledge and skills obtained through the massage performed on their children. We are:

• Providing complementary massage therapy to relieve the discomfort of disabilities and chronic illnesses in children with disabilities and chronic illnesses, where no local therapist is trained to offer such treatment.
• Providing first aid treatments, as required, to children with disabilities and chronic illnesses, who receive our massage therapy, where no local community service is available to offer such treatment.
• Assisting children with disabilities and chronic illnesses, who have received our massage therapy, to access existing local services that provide community programs for healthy eating and healthy active lifestyle choices for parents and families of the children, if such services exist.
• Providing assistance of emergency first aid treatments and complementary massage therapy, as required, to existing community organisations that service those that have suffered in a natural disaster.

What a difference 3 weeks can make to improving your health and wellbeing. I have steadily dropped fat off my body (over 25cm all over now) and I'm thoroughly enjoying the results. Friends are commenting (without asking) that they can see that I have slimmed down, lost weight or I look great, and they all want to know what I'm doing. These are the changes that have taken place for me over the last 8/9 weeks.
🟢 I am sleeping more than 3 hours at a time now, sometimes up to 5 hrs straight...I haven't done that in decades 😴
🟢 The inflammation in my body has reduced significantly...no more sore and stiff joints 💪🦵
🟢 Pain from stiff joints and plantar fasciitis has almost gone...I rarely limp now 🦶
🟢 My joints are more flexible...I've always been very flexible (hyperflexibility since childhood), yet over the last 10 years since menopause, I had stiffened up considerably. Now I want to run, jump, and leap about, though I'll strengthen my muscles and joints first before I go doing any of that 😁
🟢 I have let go of more than 25cm of fat from all over my body...winning 🙀
🟢 I have dropped 1.5kg in weight 〽️
🟢 I have reduced food cravings and decreased appetite...I don't feel like eating as much anymore 🍽
🟢 My eyes are becoming bluer (many people have told me this), not that I can see this (being vision-impaired means everything is blurry), however, what I have noticed is my vision being clearer due to a massive reduction in floaters in my eyes (debris in the vitreous humour). My actual ability to see with visual acuity hasn't changed though (my eyes are out of shape, so that would be a miracle if that happened) 🔵👀💙
🟢 Reduced brain fog...I can work on the computer for slightly longer periods of time without fainting (it's all to do with my eyes getting too much stimulation) 🧠
🟢 I have loads more energy 🤩
🟢 No more night-time trips to the toilet 🚽
🟢My liver is working so much better now, even the liver spots on my hands are lightening 🫱
🟢 I no longer have menopausal hot flushes....this alone is the best benefit ever 😻
I love these little snaps filled with Mature Hops Extract (MHE)...they have definitely changed my life 🫶
If you would like to know more about this MHE, then send me a DM, a text or call me on 0438 545 045.

I was out walking with Laura this afternoon (the last one for this year of 2022), and I met a woman walking her dog, who felt dubious that next year could be a better year than this year. She’d had enough of hardship. Haven’t we all. I gave her a hug and said to look at each day as it happens, be in the moment. That’s what our dogs do.
The door to one year is closing, yet the window of opportunity presented by the new year of 2023 is nearly open.
What will you choose?
We often make “New Years’ Resolutions”, these promises to ourselves and others to be better, good, kind, more resilient, more loving, better at school, better at work, be a better person, Mum or Dad. Are any of these really true? Unlikely they will be fulfilled.
How about being more aligned with who you really are (your authentic self) and what you really want (or have always wanted) yet felt you couldn’t have it, didn’t deserve it, didn’t earn enough money, wasn’t good enough, and so on and so on.
We all make promises and we all break them. Best solution – don’t make any promises, therefore no breakages.
If you want something, go do it, have it or be it. If you don’t want something in particular, don’t agree to have it. That’s in your control…say NO! It’s very empowering. And sometimes that mean’s saying no to you too, to your ego (or that nagging voice in your head). Only give your power and energy to those things in life which honour you, those things that are in integrity to who you are and are loving and kind to you.
You deserve that!
Have a fabulous end-of-year celebration of 2022 and welcome 2023 with love, joy and peacefulness

Laura and I are staying at Airlie Beach. We went on a Day trip yesterday to Whitsunday Island and Hamilton Island on a cruise boat. Laura had lots of fun at Whitehaven beach. One of the only beaches that has pure white silica sand. And Laura is one of the only dogs that's legally allowed on the island as it's a national park where no domestic animals are allowed. Next was Hamilton Island that's privately owned, we had to get special permission for her to be there. We had lunch and a spider (real ice cream and lemonade) at the ice cream parlour. Then we jumped on a courtesy bus for a tour around the island. We met and spoke to lots of people along the way. Everyone loved Laura and thought she was very clever. There was not many sunset photos to show as a storm was hovering over. Today is a lazy at "home" in the air con as it's soooo hot and humid. We will go for an adventurous walk this afternoon when it cools down. Who knows what we will find or what mischief we will get up to

Laura and I have gone on holidays for a few weeks with my trusty side kicks Anna and Nash. We are travelling by train to Airlie Beach, then Cairns. The staff on the train are great with Laura. They stop the train for "comfort stops" (Wees and poos). Smokers on the train love it too because they get to have a smoke. Keep you posted with more adventures. A Foundation that offers an Oasis of hope in the desert of disability.

The Oasis Children and Community Foundation (OCCF) is a not-for profit organisation offering complementary therapy and medicine to children with disabilities and chronic illnesses in Australia and overseas.

Children with disabilities and chronic illnesses have many and varied health challenges, such as a lack of mobility and flexibility in their bodies, decreased cognitive abilities, physical deformities limiting optimal function, and bodily systems dysfunction. Often the families of these children have little money to pay for the treatments their children require.

Oasis Children and Community Foundation offers natural complementary therapies free of charge to these children to help them improve these health challenges.

When the children of the world are given the capacity to live at their fullest potential, they can then help others. The Oasis Children and Community Foundation aims to work with the world’s children to break the cycles of sickness and poverty that are so rife, to change the world for the generations to come.
