Mini- Meditations Retreat in Zürich Stauffacher am 25 Jan von 10-16 Uhr mit Sandra Hotz, Traumaexpertin (Craniosacral Therapie/somatische Therapie) und Meditationslehrerin. Trauma ist nicht das, was passiert ist, sondern das, was dein Körper dabei erlebt hat. Ob ein einzelnes Erlebnis oder viele Erfahrungen über Jahre hinweg - der Körper erinnert sich. Und genau da beginnt die Heilung. Lass uns zusammen eine Umgebung kreieren, wo sich dein Körper und speziell dein Nervensystem sich sicher fühlen können. I am very happy to share that I will be in Zurich on November 30th for a talk and mini retreat at HerzRaum yoga studio. I will talk about somatic meditation and how it helps us integrate trauma in a gentle and embodied way. Somatic meditation is a form of meditation originating in Tibet that allows us to consciously balance body, mind and energy. It assists us to experience our bodies as a vessel where energy can flow and where we can create and cultivate a sense of calm and presence that can transform our daily lives. The retreat is designed for all levels. It will be taught in German and English. No previous experience is needed, simply a curiosity and openness.
