🌟 Meet our team - Rachel 🌟

Rachel is a Women’s Health Exercise Physiologist passionate about supporting women through every life stage. She is committed to helping each person feel confident, safe, and supported in their body.

Rachel has a special interest in working with clients managing complex and often invisible conditions, including hypermobility spectrum disorders (HSD), Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), endometriosis, PCOS, POTS, chronic fatigue, and chronic pain. She also supports women through pregnancy and postnatal care, menopause transitions, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. With lived experience of invisible illness herself, Rachel brings deep empathy, respect, and validation to her care.
