2025 has been a year of continued momentum and refinement for GrayMind.

For When Things Feel Overwhelming ||

In the wake of the Bondi shooting, many people have noticed their minds stuck on high alert ~ replaying details, scanning crowds, repeatedly Googling, and watching the news on loop.

This is a safety behaviour! It’s your brain responding to threat. It’s your nervous system trying to reduce uncertainty and restore safety.

Worry Time is an evidence-based technique that helps contain fear, excessive worry or rumination. By setting aside a short, intentional window each day to worry, your brain learns it doesn’t need to stay hyper-vigilant all the time. You learn when and how to respond to your thoughts. Not automatically get dragged in to worries that aren’t purposeful or are all consuming.

Outside that window, worries are gently postponed, not dismissed!, allowing space for moments of rest, presence, and regulation. This isn’t about “moving on” or forcing calm.

It’s about supporting your nervous system in the aftermath of something deeply unsettling.
