Did you know that you can begin perineal massage from 34 weeks of pregnancy?
Try:
5 minutes
3 times per week
until birth.
For a lot of women, this is also the first time they’ve ever really connected with this part of their body. It can feel a little awkward at first. A little unfamiliar. But that’s completely normal. Over time, it often becomes a quiet moment of preparation and awareness and a way of helping your body practise softening and opening for birth.
Save this for later in pregnancy so you have it when the time comes.
