How much exercise do women actually "need"? It may not be as much as you think.

Accredited Exercise physiologist Dr. Mandy Hagstrom busts exercise myths and shares how much exercise you actually need.

150-300 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise each week is recommended alongside strength training for muscle and bone health.

A something is better than nothing approach is best. Try to squeeze in 20-40 minutes a day or knock out a few hours a couple days a week aka the weekend warrior.
