Did you know that 40% of men’s ill health could be reduced by effective preventative health practices?

Regular exercise is a key component of preventative health, and it doesn’t have to be complicated.

Some exercise is better than none! Aim for 30 minutes of exercise on most days.

That could be as simple as riding to work, taking the stairs or walking the dog in the afternoon.

How exercise can better your odds against prostate cancer.

Research suggests that men who exercise regularly are less likely to develop prostate cancer or die from the disease.

It’s never too late to start exercising regularly. 30 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise on most days of the week is recommended.

Don’t forget about prostate screening, early intervention can be lifesaving. Speak to your GP for more information.

Exercise is more than just a way to stay fit, it’s a powerful tool to support your mental wellbeing. Regular exercise can help improve mood, sleep and quality of life while easing symptoms of anxiety and depression.

The best way to start is by doing what you enjoy. It could be resistance training, running, cycling, team sports or even a brisk walk. Aim for 30 minutes a day on most days of the week and remember that even small amounts of exercise can make a difference.
