There is overwhelming evidence that it was Belgium that introduced HIV to Africa to cause the AIDS Epidemic. This included Peter Piot and Maurice Tempelsman (Belgian Jewish diamond magnate and boss of the Harvard AIDS Institute). It also included SB (Smith, Beecham) vaccine producers (all made in Belgium) for SKB (Smith Kline Beecham) which later merged with Glaxo-Wellcome to form GSK (Glaxo Smith Kline). The Wellcome Trust and Nuffield Foundation (Morris-Austin tax dodge) sponsored my father Brian Senewiratne's bioweapon development in the Sri Lankan hill capital Mahanuwara (Kandy) in the early 1970s. He was also bribed to do groundwork for the British-planned separatist (divide and rule) war that lasted from 1975 to 2009. Brian Senewiratne and his 'war council' (as he called it himself) orchestrated the war from Australia in collusion with Britain, India, Canada, USA, Belgium, Switzerland, Singapore, New Zealand, Israel; and Norway. The cyanide, electronic detonators and explosives used by the terrorists was bought from ICI (British Imperial Chemical Industries). ICI became Orica and Astra-Zececa.
Astra-Zeneca colluded with Oxford University to develop and market the British COVID Vaccine. The Cold War was so named because it was mainly fought with 'unconventional' weapons. These included chemical, biological, economic and electronic weapons. What is going on now is a biological and chemical weapons race.
