Quick, easy veggie-full breakfast idea!

About once a month I buy a tonne of spring onions and a tonne of mushrooms, I spend a little over ten minutes chopping them and pop them into bags in the freezer.

What this means is each morning I pop a little from each bag, any veggie bits from the crisper and a few eggs in a saucepan. Five minutes max and before I've even left the house I've snuck in a few serves of veggies!
