Our 6 Week Meditation & Pranayama for Beginners Course is a supportive and practical introduction to building a steady meditation and breathwork practice - one you can confidently continue at home.

Whether you’re completely new or returning after a break, this course will gently guide you toward greater awareness, nervous system regulation and everyday presence.

Over six weeks, you’ll experience:

Let’s bust this one straight away - you don’t have to lift heavy to start getting stronger. Strength is built progressively, safely, and at your own pace.

At Inna Essence, our full-body Strength & Conditioning classes combine calisthenics, hand weights, and kettlebells (yes, sometimes heavy ones - but only when you’re ready 😉). We focus on dynamic movement, static holds, and power-driven exercises that build strength, endurance, and stability.

And here’s what’s important:
Even lifting light weights has powerful benefits - especially as we age.

Strength training helps:
💪 Improve bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis
💪 Support joint stability and balance
💪 Maintain muscle mass and metabolism
💪 Build confidence in everyday movement

Bone health, in particular, relies on resistance and load. When we challenge our muscles (even with small weights), we stimulate our bones to stay strong and resilient. It’s one of the most important things we can do for long-term health.

Every Strength & Conditioning class at Inna Essence is programmed for the attendees in the room, with options and modifications to suit all fitness levels. Whether you’re brand new to weights or ready to level up, you’ll be guided by supportive instructors in a welcoming, inclusive space.

Marlene joined our studio almost 4 years ago and has loved exploring a wide variety of our Reformer classes ever since. Her dedication, consistency and love of movement truly shine through.

When Marlene was presented with her certificate and 500-class T-shirt during a Reformer class with Claire, the whole class erupted in cheers, claps and congratulations - and honestly, moments like these are what make our hearts so full. ❤️

Join Tess on Wednesday mornings at 8:00am for an energising and strengthening 40-minute Mat Pilates session.

🗓 Starting this Wednesday, 18th February

Mat Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout designed to improve:

Enrolments now are open for our upcoming STOTT PILATES® Advanced Instructor Training Courses, scheduled for late April / early May 2026 at Inna Essence.

These advanced courses are designed for instructors who have completed either the STOTT PILATES® Intensive Matwork, Mat-Plus™, and Intensive Reformer Courses, and are ready to elevate their teaching, deepen their knowledge, and confidently deliver advanced repertoire.

This cohort will be led by Bec Andrews from Pilates Utopia Perth, bringing her extensive experience and passion for the STOTT PILATES® method to our studio.
