Oooft, that was hard! Just completed a 36 hour fast as a little body reset after a fun period of celebrating Chrissy & New Years (perhaps a little too much!). During my fast I’ve been brushing up on the evidence for fasting and how best to approach it to safeguard my female hormones.
Feeling great now it’s finished & have a renewed sense of motivation to be deliberate and specific about what I’m fuelling my body with now that I can eat again. Are you doing any fasting as part of your new year protocol? If so, I’d love to hear about it
