Big cuddles to us all, releasing blocks to higher self, releasing attachments to the how, who, where, why. Releasing not in judgement or resentment or expectation but in the knowing of deep trust in the light. Allow it into the pits, unloved spaces, stories, and wounds. Allow that introspection and reflection not for any other reason than spiritās gentle whisper of a new perspective. I invoke we allow in this NOW intensity, gratitude, and respect for the energies at play. Let us endeavour to be present and open to the messages that we receive. Dispel distractions, control drama, manipulations, programming from anything other than the higher self. Holding your heart frequency like an arrow to a consciousness of peace, joy, and harmony. Knowing this is a tonic for the collective frequency in an ebb and flow of consciousness. Love, fear, all is here. All consciousnessās beautiful creation in knowing itself.

Iām Gabrielle Ellul, kinesiologist (kin.ease..e...ologist), neural organization therapist and hypertonix practitioner. Iām passionate about health and wellbeing and I want to see a better world where we live free. Free from pain, fear and physical and mental constraints.
My interest in Kinesiology came out of my own need to heal some emotional pain that was holding me back from being the best version of myself. As a mother of three daughters I felt the responsibility to heal my physical and emotional pain to live a fuller more joyful existence.
My childhood emotional hurts had created a pattern in me that really tainted my interpretation of myself. And my stiff neck and back issues were a result of this perspective and chronic people pleasing behaviour.
I believe our history shouldnāt limit us, in fact, it is these lessons, this richness, that provides us our wisdom and insight. For it is in the power of āletting goā that we get our most powerful realisations of self-beauty. When we are in alignment, we can vibrationally raise our energy moving past pain and above the vibration of previous concerns.
My purpose is to connect and inspire, to provide insight into why your experiences are indeed our blessings.
