Celtic Sea Salt is evaporated ocean water containing the full spectrum of minerals from the ocean, nothing added and nothing removed.  All Salts main mineral composition is Sodium Chloride. 
Refined Salt has a 99% Sodium Chloride Content plus 1% Aluminium Silicate to make it flow freely.  Our Celtic Sea Salt naturally contains between 90-95% Sodium Chloride. The remaining minerals are smaller trace elements some in very small pico traces.
