Weight loss doesn’t happen because you skip meals. It happens when you understand what to eat, how much to eat, and how to build balanced meals that fit your routine.

You can have dinner. You should have dinner. A nutritious, well-planned meal at night won’t stop your progress, but poor habits, lack of structure, and fear-based decisions will.

Just because you’re training legs and doing squats doesn’t mean you can skip mobility and warm-up work for your upper body. It’s especially important if you spend the whole day sitting at a desk and working on the computer.

Why?
Because tight shoulders, a stiff upper back and chest, and poor posture can seriously affect your squat performance. When your upper body is restricted, you can’t create a strong, stable rack position, your torso collapses forward, and your core struggles to brace properly.

So even on leg day, make sure you warm up and mobilize your upper body. Better posture, better breathing, better stability, and ultimately, a stronger and more efficient squat.
