How do you deal with your emotional storms?? From my experience, acknowledgement, allowing and self-compassion are pretty helpful. But self-judgement, minimising and our own narrative can drag out the suffering.
Can you support you, the way you would a friend? I'd love you to try it 🧡

If you're feeling similar emotions over and over, it might be that you're identifying with them too closely. We don't own emotions. But it takes awareness and planning to move forward from repetitive feelings. Are your emotions helping you move forward, or is the belief that they define you holding you back?

Today, a dream became a reality for Mieken and I. For the first time ever, our signage can be seen FROM THE STREET!! Our new address is Suite 3, 23 Dennis Rd, Springwood; on the corner of Oricon Ct. I'll see you there from this Monday, 11 August 2025.

Something that's come up a lot this week has been relationships: The people we do love, those we don't like but are in our life anyway; others we want to love or be loved by, and those we have struggled to move on from loving, on some level.
The relationship you have with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship in your life. Here, I've put together some steps you can try that could improve both.
