Experimenting with a new recipe... Flourless chocolate cake. It is sometimes a bit of a challenge to re work recipes into a low carb and sugar free version. I may make several failed attempts before I get it right. This one is close to being perfect. A bit of tweaking next time and I think it will be a winner.

Hi All... sorry it's been so long between posts but I have had to take some time out to support myself. With the current world climate and a few other personal issues my mental health has not been great. I have been seeking help and on some supplements but most importantly I have turned to family and friends to talk. I think the other real reason to message here is that there are times in our life where we can all struggle with our mental health and it can be a scary time. And the hardest time to reach out to others. But I cant stress enough how important it is . It's confronting maybe even embarrassing but I am sure there are enough people around us the we can at least talk to someone. It is unfortunate that it's virtually impossible to get into see a psychologist at short notice as waiting lists are often 6 months long. But talking to a friend or family member is like tonic for the soul. In the crazy world we live in at the moment it's almost impossible to not be feeling the effects on some level. So please let's not fall into the narrative of division that our Government is trying so hard to push. Whether you are vaxxed or not... lets just be pro kindness. Support each other in our individual choices. United we stand but divided we fall and at the end of the day love always conquers all. Xx

So excited to say that we have some of our delicious cakes on sale at the Little Village Cafe & Play Centre in Coopers Plains. A great place to let the kids run around with some fun activities after school on the weekends and school holidays. The staff there are beautiful souls... so a great place for parents to enjoy a little break too. Little Village Café & Play Centre

So I have a bit of an obsession with Reece's Peanut Butter Cups so I wondered about a low carb version I could make. Well I am now a little obsessed about this low carb peanut butter slice. Soooooo good. I also got a glowing review from my son so they must be alright.
