This is an evening for clarity, softening, and conscious letting go held with care, safety, and presence.

– A heart-and-womb opening journey with Mama Cacao – Guided breathwork & meditation with subtle cranio healing – Journalling & fire ritual for release – Reflection & tarot insights

This is a deeply nourishing 2.5-hour immersion of ritual, stillness, and nervous system support. A space where change does not feel harsh or frightening but grounded, held, and deeply supported.

🌿As we step into 2026, our intention at Spring Acupuncture remains the same - to support our clients gently, consistently, and with deep respect for the seasons of life you’re moving through.

For many, that means walking alongside fertility journeys.

We know this path is rarely linear, and our role is not to rush it but to support your body, your nervous system, and your wellbeing along the way.

🌿 Spring Acupuncture is open 7 days a week, with all services available across the week at various times.

What Last Year Taught the Spring Team 🌿

As this new year begins, we’ve been taking a moment to pause, reflect, and honour what unfolded within the walls of Spring in 2025 - the lessons learned, the gratitude felt, and the moments that reminded us why this work matters so deeply.

Each practitioner carries their own medicine, lived experience, and way of holding space.
