Health and fitness has long been a great passion of mine, always finding new and exciting ways to not only challenge myself but broaden my knowledge. I found a love for obstacle races after completing my first Stampede with in 2012 and since then have run in a number of Tough Mudderβs as well as a half marathon.
Exercise for me is an important routine to keep my mind and body in good health. I include weight training, core strengthening exercises, boxing and HIIT to continually improve my strength and fitness. Outside of training I enjoy living an active lifestyle, you will often find me taking my dog for a run, heading out for a hike or just cruising around on my paddleboard.
After spending many years in office jobs, the decision to become a Personal Trainer has by far been my greatest yet. Being a Personal Trainer is much more than just instructing exercises, it allows you to have a positive impact on peoples lifestyles making it the most rewarding job. I am a firm believer in educating clients through exercise, a healthy balanced diet and having a positive mindset to create the life they desire. I am dedicated to promoting a positive body image by inspiring individuals to continually challenge themselves and empower them to exceed their goals.
