BLJ In-situ Solutions established its operations in 2005 with a focus on providing specialist maintenance and turnaround services to Australian industry. BLJ In-situ Solutions has built its name on the proven skills and experience of its people in specialised site services. Through its selective recruitment process BLJ In-situ Solutions provides quality assured services and is focused on delivering strong customer relationships. BLJ In-situ Solutions currently employs 10 full time staff, and through a network built up over 25 years, has access to an additional 20 skilled and experienced Supervisors/Technicians. This network of highly skilled full time and contract staff has seen BLJ In-situ Solutions successfully manage specialist turnaround packages requiring up to 30 site personnel. Over the last decade BLJ In-situ Solutions has built up an extensive range of specialist equipment that is required to provide bundled specialist services on turnarounds, outages and construction projects. This extensive range of equipment is located in BLJ In-situ Solutions’ Brisbane and Gladstone workshops. Through key supplier and service provider agreements BLJ In-situ Solutions has access to additional specialised equipment and services when peak workloads demand a large supply of equipment and skilled manpower in a compressed time frame. BLJ In-situ Solutions specialised on-line and off-line services are key to the operational efficiency of Australian industries including; Refining, Petrochemical, CSG, LNG, Alumina, Power Generation and Mining industries.
