Day 1 of assisting on my first Yoga Retreat!
I put on my "bus driver" hat and drove us all down from Auckland to TaupΕ via Matamata (Hobbiton town), Wairere Falls & Te Waihou Blue Springs!
The falls were closed but the bush walk to the closed section was just stunning πΏ
And Te Waihou was just... Incredible... π₯Ή
Great start to a week filled with a new moon, Chinese new year, loads of planetary shifts and the perfect view overlooking Lake TaupΕ π

It's RETREAT TIME!! π§π½ββοΈβ¨
I will now be away until Tues 24th Feb, co-hosting my first ever Yoga Retreat with the beautiful Nat from in TaupΕ, Aotearoa NZ!
So excited to incorporate my amazing driving skills π€ͺ with my local knowledge, cultural background, and of course my massage skills to this gorgeous event - Wild & Sensual WΔhine Retreat! in the Motherland π₯°π₯°
I am aiming to stay offline during this period and soak up the whenua (land) and my whΔnau (family) for a couple days afterwards! All messages will be replied to on my return ππΎ

KIA ORA! WELCOME! Iβm a Kiwi-Aussie-Austrian girl who spent a few too many years behind a computer, before following my passion into health and massage therapy!
My health and massage journey started in 2009 with a weekend interest course, and by December 2015 I found myself graduating with a 3 year Bachelor in Health Studies (Massage & Neuromuscular Therapy), from the NZ College of Massage.
I have over 5 years experience in Sports and Remedial Massage (also called Therapeutic Massage in NZ), and my greatest achievement was travelling with The Palace Dance Studio to the World Hip Hop Dance Championships in the USA for 4 years. Iβve also worked with the NZ NRL Warriors, the NZ NBL Breakers and the WA Mens Volleyball team.
During the 3rd year of my Bachelor studies, I was introduced to Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), and immediately loved how gentle yet powerful this method of treatment was.
After some time out travelling and a bit of research, I found the Dr. Vodder Academy to be one of the best, Internationally recognised schools of training in MLD and in June 2018, I completed their intense 4 week, MLD & CDT training (Combined Decongestive Therapy).
I take a holistic approach targeted towards your goals and needs, whether it be for general or chronic aches & pains, sports performance, stress relief and/or relaxation. I use a combination of whatever is required on the day, as weβre all uniquely different.
