Spending this Friday - Sunday at the SEPA (Sports + Exercise Podiatry Australia) Conference at Noosa, continuing to learn and increase in knowledge on topics such as tendon rehabilitation, plantar fasciitis, gait analysis and rehabilitation/strengthening.

Today marks our first birthday!

November 1st 2022 was our first day, and one year on we have grown from 3 days a week to a full 5 days a week thanks to the amazing support from everyone!

To celebrate, I want to offer a promotion for the month of November, where all new initial patients will get 30% off their consult fee!

I AM BECOMING FULL TIME STARTING JUNE 🥳

Starting June I will be available full time! Currently I am not available on Tuesdays, but thankfully with everyone’s support and help, I’ve now become busy enough to the point I need to start being here full time! 😊

My first Tuesday will be June 6th 😄

Thank you all once again for your support and help! Now that I can dedicate more/all of my time to this, I can hopefully get more done and get more opportunities coming!

Hello everyone,

I hope you all had a great Christmas and New Year!

Been a long time since I have posted on here, so I thought I would give everyone an update! 😄

I haven't been quiet due to a loss of interest, in fact I have been quiet due to how busy I have been and how amazing the overwhelming response was of support to me and the beginning of this business.

It has been a great start, everyone has been extremely patient and kind, and I am filling up so quickly that now my diary is getting flat out only doing 3 days a week.

So here are some updates heading into the new year;

- I will start doing more posts and updates on social media, including creating an instagram, just so I can keep you all up to date with changes, news and handy pieces of information.

- I am hoping to get a website up and running very soon including an online booking system, which will make it much easier for people to book if they're unable to reach me quickly on the phone.

- I will hopefully start working a 4th day a week starting in March. Currently I am working 3 days (Monday/Thursday/Friday), and hopefully starting March 1st, I will begin to work Wednesday's as well.

I look forward to what this new year brings, and hopefully I can help you all out in any way I can! 😊

For now I will only be able to see private / self funded patients, as I’ve had my EFTPOS/HICAPS terminal installed but I am still waiting for the Medicare paperwork to be processed.

Getting closer and closer!

I thought I’d post a few update pictures, as well as a photo of our location.

We will be based at 81 High Street, Broadford VIC, where we will be using a room at the Broadford Allied Health / Dental Clinic.

At the moment, all I am waiting for before I can start is for an EFTPOS terminal to be installed and for Medicare to accept me to process EPC/DVA funded patients.

It looks as though I will be getting the EFTPOS/HICAPS terminal ready before Medicare, so in that case I will hopefully be taking private paying patients very soon, then EPC patients once I get the Medicare clearance which should also hopefully be very soon.

Finally; yes the patient chair is a massage/examination table 😅 the chair I am getting unfortunately isn’t available until the end of November, so I am very lucky and grateful that I have been able to borrow this examination/massage table until then. Whilst not ideal, it’ll certainly do the trick for 4 weeks!

New Podiatry in Broadford, Progress update:

Hey everyone, thank you to everyone who has reached out and shown interest in seeing me once I open. The response has been incredibly overwhelming after 2 community posts and no advertising, and I couldn’t thank you all enough!

Just an update as to when I will open and start calling you all back and taking bookings; at the moment I’m just waiting on a few pieces of equipment, for a HICAPS machine to be installed, and just to confirm a few things for Medicare and DVA. I am hoping to be ready by early next week, but for all I know that could extend for any unknown time, it’ll just depend on when things are delivered and installed, as well as when I hear back from Medicare and DVA.

Fingers crossed you’ll all be hearing from me very soon! 😊
