WeKare Disability Support Group is seeking an experienced female NDIS support worker to support a participant in Keysborough.

🗣️ Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred.
👩‍⚕️ Must have experience in disability support and a heart for making a difference!

🧩 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in Disability Support
✅ Fluent in Arabic & English
✅ Confident with personal care & challenging behaviours
✅ Skilled in mental health support
✅ Detail-oriented & an excellent communicator

📋 Mandatory Requirements:
Valid Driver’s Licence + 100pts ID

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

Police Check (Unsupervised with Vulnerable Persons)

CPR & First Aid Certification

Infection Control in the Workplace Certificate

NDIS Worker Orientation Module

COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (with booster)

Cert III or IV in Disability Support / Aged Care
