In an acute pain flare, the goal isn’t rest, it’s the right movement.

When we find an exercise that feels relieving, we want:
✔️ high reps
✔️ frequent exposure
✔️ gentle movement

Think 100 reps daily butttt broken up across the day.

Because consistent, pain-relieving movement helps reduce sensitivity, restore confidence, and get you moving sooner.

Do you think Cardio sucks?

We hear it a lot

And, honestly, we understand it. Getting your heart rate up and being out of breath aren't pleasant experiences. And, if you hate cardio, it's probably because you've been given the wrong dose!

Cardio isn't about suffering or running til exhaustion

- Cardio builds capacity
- Being Cardiovascularly fit is the best predictor of longevity
- The higher your cardiovascular fitness, the lower your all-cause mortality (the fitter you are, the less likely you are to die from anything)
- Cardio exercise supports our mental health, with walking boosting mood almost instantly
- Cardio doesn't have to be running! It can be walking, hiking, swimming, dancing, cycling or anything else that gets your heart rate and breathing up!

The important things to remember
- Choose a type of cardio you enjoy
- Don't go so hard that you suffer!

We're here to help incorporate structured cardio in line with your goals into your life.
