This moment has been years in the making — a dream that began the day we took over The Wellness Farm. To hold a space for women to come and heal. To be nurtured. To let go. To be cared for, completely. To simply be — without the weight of motherhood, partnership, work, or life resting on their shoulders.⁠

Guided, intentional breathing that shifts you from fight/flight into rest/digest. A somatic tool that trains safety in the body, builds CO₂ tolerance (calmer breath) and reconnects you to inner steadiness.⁠

Calms an over-alert nervous system, lowers perceived stress, improves sleep and focus, and supports heart-rate variability (resilience). Most people leave feeling lighter, clearer and present — like the body finally remembered how to exhale.⁠

What if nothing was “wrong” with your brain—what if your nervous system is just fried from carrying everything?⁠

If you’re a woman with a million tabs open (in your browser and your mind), it’s easy to wonder if you need a diagnosis. For many women, that’s a real and valid path, and we honour that experience with deep respect.⁠

But for so many of us, there’s also this sharper truth: chronic urgency doesn't always mean you need a label. Constant context-switching, dopamine chasing, and living by notifications trains your body to believe it’s never safe to land. That’s burnout wearing a clever disguise.⁠

Now imagine this instead: you wake without dread, sleep actually restores you, focus feels clean, and decisions come from steadiness—not panic. Your shoulders drop mid-afternoon. You can hear your intuition again.⁠

Across four days on 37 acres in the Hunter Valley, we’ll help you repattern from survival to safety: slow, nervous-system-led practices that turn down the cortisol soundtrack and turn up capacity, clarity, and calm.⁠

Expect unhurried mornings of movement, reiki, breathwork + sound healing, time in the sauna, hot tub + pool, nourishing seasonal food, and long, quiet pockets where your brain finally gets to do one thing at a time.
