After searching high and low for over a year and a half for a publisher to no avail, I have decided to launch crowd funding for my children’s book on the topic of growing up as an adoptee. It’s a splice of self-help and fantasy for adoptees and anyone who knows one. I’m very very nervous to share this work, but it’s long overdue. Expect an announcement November 4.

Astro weather report ✨: Leading up to the full moon next week on the 17th, we are seeing a lot of critical turbulent energy, that can have one falling apart at the seams. Learning skills to help yourself with emotional regulation are key right now. This can look like different things for different people. The basics certainly include staying hydrated, getting at least 7 hours rest each night, and any sort of exercise/breathwork/meditation routines. Forest bathing, being by bodies of water, getting out to nature under the big sky are highly recommended. While things can feel dire, do your research and figure out what feels right for you to become emotionally regulated. Emotional intelligence is the lesson to be learned right now.

Tuesday marks the start of eclipse season, and it’s safe to say we’re all feeling the kooky, *emo,* imaginative and sensitive energy at present.
Eclipses mark major beginnings and major endings, and while you might not instantly see it, so begins mega shifts in your life. Are you feeling it?

It’s the last ½ to ⅓ chunk of summer 💔
With Mars in Virgo and Venus Rx in Leo, cosmically speaking it’s perfect timing for me to take a break from digital mayhem, overload, babble. (Long overdue).

FYI I’m signing off socials til the beginning of September in order to savor the warmth of the sun, convene with nature and put my hands on physical books of inspiration and oil pastels etc.

Venus Rx is naturally an ideal space to put efforts doing that Rx shakedown: reboot, recuperate, reflect, reorganize, reevaluate, revitalize.
I for one desperately need this in preparation for the start of my upcoming Master’s program in Philosophy, Cosmology and Consciousness (eep!); as well as catching up on my personal body of aesthetic/sensory creations and holistic practice, which have far gotten away from me…

If you’re in the Northern Hemisphere I do greatly encourage you to slow down and enjoy the beauty of summer’s golden light as much as possible.
