Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities? Mells Care is looking for compassionate Disability Support Workers to provide person-centered care to clients in need.

What’s in it for you?

• Great Pay: $43.23/hr (Casual rate under SCHADs award)

🎯What you need:
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Working with Children Card (Blue Card)
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Class C open driver’s license
• Comprehensive Care Insurance & registered vehicle
• 100 Points of ID
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Previous experience in a disability support role (highly desirable)

Today, the Mells Care team and our participants proudly wear red to support the Day for Daniel "Daniel Morcombe Foundation" Australia’s largest child safety education and awareness day.

This important day reminds us of the need to keep our communities safe by empowering children and young people to Recognise, React, and Report unsafe situations.

We’re proud to stand together with our participants, families, and the community to honour Daniel Morcombe’s legacy and continue spreading awareness about child safety.

Support Workers help people with disabilities live their best lives and stay independent.

Lawn & Maintenance Officers keep outdoor areas safe and tidy — mowing, weeding, cleaning, and helping with small repairs.
